people who grew up in any area with a population of >5000 will never understand what it’s like to experience Small Town Oppression™
if you didn’t grow up in an area so small that everyone knew literally
everyone else and also their extended family, ancestors and pets you
will never know the agony of having a “family reputation” based on one
character trait your family demonstrates occasionally. you will never know
what it feels like to constantly be looking over your shoulder whenever
you do anything your parents don’t approve of because if the wrong
person sees you and recognises you, you’re toast. you will never know
what it’s like to live in the irl version of a discord group chat.

There’s a comparison graphic
1 like = 1 prayer for the huge cheese to turn around and eat the government
